Mr Clifford Heyes observed that, although the Paper covered a great, variety of buildings, it was only with regard to the maintenance buildings that the services were dealt within any greatdetail. The design of buildings a t airports, however, was influenced by the services which they contained and which were really the function of the buildings, and also by the need to reduce the ingress of noise to the minimum...
