CONCLUSION. In these problems and in such problems of design and traffic control as have already been mentioned, the Author findsscope for continuous research and believes that progress will not be made without it. In spite of the difficulties, close solutionscan nowbe obtained of some of the present mysteries of accident causation and prevention ; of traffic flow and traffic control ; and of the relation between the cost of relief measures and their benefits...
